What happens if our project requirements change mid-build?
We believe in 100% transparency. If you want to add a major new feature that wasn’t in the original scope document, we draft a separate change-request mini-proposal with fixed pricing and timeline impact. We never start out-of-scope work without your written sign-off.
Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?
For Bangladesh clients, we accept official Company Bank Transfers (BEFTN/RTGS/NPSB), corporate cheques, and bKash/Nagad Merchant payments. For international clients, we accept Wise, PayPal, Payoneer, and international wire transfers (SWIFT) in USD, EUR, or GBP.
Are bug fixes included after the site launches?
